The Penthouse Vista Condo offers an expanded floor plan with a wrap-around deck that gives you wonderful views from the southwest extending all the way north to Moclips River and beyond.

The bedroom suite features a new high-quality king bed that offers wonderful views of the nearby river and ocean surf, a bathroom and access to the covered wrap-around desk. Two more guests will find linens to make a comfortable bed on the sleeper sofa in the living room.

Upon entering the charming living area, you are immediately captured by unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, Moclips River, the dunes, eagles and the seabirds that flit about them.

The living area features a cozy couch, a coffee table and three overstuffed leather recliners, all centered around a TV with a DVD player and a fireplace. From here, you can adjourn to the private and spacious, wrap-around deck to smell the sea air, enjoy the sun or shade around the corner.

A full kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, flatware and everything you need to cook your own meals before enjoying them in the adjacent dining area or on the covered deck.

The no pets allowed policy ensures this condo is an ultra-clean, no pet environment, suitable to those who may be sensitive.

Booking one of our properties in Moclips? In this little community, you'll find an array of seaside activities for you, your friends, and family to venture into.

Fly a kite in a contest, build a sand sculpture or go sea kayaking. There are numerous nearby state parks that are perfect for hiking, surfing or just an afternoon stroll along the beach.

During the spring and summer, you'll be able to bird watch or go crabbing. If it's warm enough, take a surfing lesson or go fishing, so you can catch something for dinner later!

Visiting us during the colder months is perfectly okay, too. There are beachside restaurants and museums between Moclips and Ocean Shores that will keep you busy while still being able to enjoy those stunning views.
